- In July 1999, the Corporation gained American Microsoft
Corporation's authorization and established Microsoft Authorized
Training Center.
- In October 1999, Liantong Financial Budget Management Software
won the second prize of National Finance Information System Good
Software awarded by the Finance Ministry.
- In August 2000, the Corporation obtained Hi-tech Enterprise
Designed Certificate issued by Shaanxi province and Xi'an
governments at the same time.
- In January 2001, the Corporation gained IBM's authorization
and became IBM authorized sales agent.
- In September 2001, Liantong Financial Budget Management
Software gained registered certificate of software copyright
- In July 2001, the Corporation was authorized by COMPAQ and
became a COMPAQ authorized sales agent.
- In December 2001, the Corporation gained the software
enterprise authorized certificate and software product authorized
certificate awarded by Information Industry Ministry.
